What is a recurring package?

A recurring package is a monthly subscription to our services. Depending on the tier you choose, you'll get a specified number of design requests, access to our social media and Webflow services, and ad management.

What if I need a service not included in a package?

We offer project-based services for graphic design and Webflow web design. We can provide a custom quote based on the specific needs of your project.

Can I change my package later on?

Absolutely! We understand that your needs may change over time. You can upgrade or downgrade your package at the end of any monthly billing cycle.

What platforms do you manage for social media?

We manage a variety of platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. The number of platforms we manage for you depends on the package you choose.

What does 'unlimited design requests' mean in the Soar package?

This means you can make as many design requests as you need in a month. Whether you need designs for a new campaign, promotional materials, or just updating your brand image, we've got you covered.

How does payment work?

For our recurring packages, payment is due at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle. For project-based services, we require a deposit upfront (50% of project cost), with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project.
